Services & licensing

J.E.M. Handyman Services performs work appropriate to handyman scope in Alabama. Jobs that require a licensed plumber, electrician, or other trade professional will be declined or referred.

Estimates & payment

Estimates describe the work discussed at the time they are issued. Final billing reflects actual work completed, materials used, and any agreed change orders. Payment terms will be stated on your invoice.

Warranty & liability

Workmanship warranties, if any, are limited to what appears on your invoice or separate written warranty. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
